A blend of Spruce tips, Usnea lichen, and double-extracted Chaga mushroom, named after the Slavic fairytale of Morozoko or father frost.
Usnea lichen is a symbiotic combination of both fungi and algae, and has been used traditionally for thousands of years, most commonly for soothing wounds and infections, particularly in the respiratory system.
Chaga is often referred to as the king of medicinal mushrooms and has been used to balance the immune system, reduce inflammation, and provide antioxidants. Chaga has been also been traditionally used in folk herbalism for cancer, digestive system complaints, tuberculosis, heart issues, and/or diabetes since the 16th century in Russia, western Siberia, Eastern Europe, and North America. Energetically, Chaga is excellent for grounding, connection to ones inner wisdom, and boundary support.
Spruce tips have long been used traditionally by Indigenous peoples in Alaska for High Vitamin C content, mainly in syrups and teas for colds and coughs. Spruce tips also have an antiseptic property that helps relieve symptoms related to pneumonia, whooping cough, and lung congestion.
Made with respect and intention in Matsu Valley, Alaska.
