Into the Cave Flower Essence

A flower essence blend for sleep and dreaming. Created with Valerian flower, Devils Club flower, and Chamomile. Into the Cave was made for those who suffer from nightmares or insomnia, and for lucid dreaming, and dreamwork. 

Devils Club flower helps us embrace sleeping and dreaming by helping support our energetic boundaries and protections, and can be a good friend as we learn to feel safe and secure in ourselves, and the world around us.

Valerian is a popular dream herb in folk magic, is a good choice for dreamwork, divination, and lucid dreaming. Valerian can also help us grow our sense of inner calm, and help us let go of the past. A flower essence is a safe and gentle way of working with this beautiful and mildly toxic flower, as the essence is extremely diluted.

Chamomile flowers bring a feeling a peace and harmony, and their sunny nature can be a  welcomed light as we journey into the darkness of sleep. 

Simply add 3 drops of the essence to a glass of water and drink up to 3 times a day.

Our essences come in 30 ml stock bottles. A stock essence is 50% brandy and 50% spring water, then three drops of the mother essence are added to the stock bottle. The mother essence is spring water, and the mushroom fruiting body. The finished product you receive is three drops of mother essence diluted in spring water and brandy.
